AML & KYC Information

Effective 8 August 2026

Earners Group applies risk-based identity and transaction controls designed to protect the marketplace, support payment-provider obligations and reduce financial crime.

1. Identity and business verification

We may require a valid identity or passport document, selfie or liveness evidence, address or contact verification, business-registration records, beneficial-ownership information, authority to represent a business and other evidence appropriate to the account’s role and risk.

2. Screening and risk assessment

Accounts or transactions may be assessed for fraud, sanctions, politically exposed person status, adverse information, device risk, account linkage, unusual behaviour, category risk, location and provider-specific indicators, subject to applicable law and available tools.

3. Transaction monitoring

We may monitor funding, orders, commissions, rewards, withdrawals, refunds, chargebacks, rapid movement of value, repeated failures, mismatched names, unusual references and activity inconsistent with the stated marketplace purpose.

4. Source and purpose of funds

We may ask where money came from, why a transaction is being made, who benefits, and for supporting documents. Failure to provide satisfactory information may delay or prevent a transaction.

5. Withdrawal controls

Withdrawal access may require enhanced verification, a beneficiary held in the user’s name, limits, waiting periods, manual review or additional approval. We may pause a withdrawal while investigating suspected fraud, error, dispute or legal restriction.

6. Prohibited financial use

EarnersApp must not be used as an anonymous money-transfer service, pass-through account, payment aggregator for undisclosed parties, investment scheme, method for laundering proceeds, or route for evading tax, sanctions, exchange-control, provider or licensing requirements.

7. Records and lawful reporting

We may preserve verification and transaction records and provide information to banks, payment providers, regulators, courts or law-enforcement bodies where authorised or required. We may be legally restricted from telling a user about certain reports or investigations.

8. Regulatory status and partners

EarnersApp is a marketplace platform. Payment services are activated only through providers and structures approved for the relevant use. Nothing on this page represents Earners Group as a bank, deposit-taking institution or licensed remittance service.
